In these workshops we focus on the Qi (inner life-force) flow, to let it flow smoothly and abundant through the body (Jing), Inner life force (Qi) and consciousness (Shen). Our Focus is to balance internal organs and let them function optimally. Since when the internal organs are nourished and happy, we feel and do great.

We all already know, stress in general creates blockages that obstruct the amount of Qi flow (inner life force). This results in weakening the inner organs and the general vitality goes down, symptoms appear and eventually illness forms.

To recover, a person must first relax and accept what is, in order to slowly dissolve the dis-ease. Regarding health and conditioning, it really matters to find your peaceful state that puts you in connection with your personal nature, your inner flow in the most relaxing way possible. Which means, do the right things at the right time, in the right place, with the right people, in the right way, connect with nature and YOUR personal nature, your True Heart. This is real health care.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, whether you are healthy or facing health issues, you are in shape or out of shape. If you give yourself the chance to practise with help of these workshops, we are confident that Zhineng Qigong will improve the quality of your life in a short period of time. Gradually you will witness your little successes growing out to bigger successes. 

In particular, you will learn to use your internal force, your inner Qi to work together with your mind and body.

Balance emotions and connect with your inner self.- Bringing yourself back to your natural flow.

How often we notice that our mind is scattered, no focus, being very sensitive to many triggers in our environment, let by desire, or all kinds of emotions, our limited beliefs and even sometimes poor self-control. This we see back in our  life; poor sleep, easily waking up, sensitive to noise, fear of noise, darkness and so on. Situations caused by the instability of our mind.
When this instability is really serious, the mind and body separate.
In Chinese we say, “heart and mouth speaking different languages.” Inner and Outer are not the same anymore; how we act and how we feel are not the same.

In this workshop Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun provide very effective ways to help people quickly transform the negative effects of imbalances in mind and body on life activities.

The power of belief is a very important ingredient to create and live a very flowing healthy enjoyable life.
One of the keys to a flowing life is to create and support a positive belief system.  In this workshop we focus on this amazing “key”.
How to use this key?
You can see positive beliefs as seeds, which with the right nourishing and attention these seeds will grow out perfectly to the most beautiful flowing life experiences.

Also you will get explained how being in a positive belief state, healing can be accomplished in a very short period of time.
This is usually due to a variety of opportunities where the consciousness energy level rises rapidly, linked to the pure and high concentration of healing energy in the universe and a rapid clearing and transformation of your own energy body; Connect with your inner power, healing appears rapidly.

-Relax and live joyful

When you are able to empty your mind, completely relaxing without many thoughts, ideas, emotions, desires, plans and all sorts of annoying things, your own mind is like a relatively clean mirror.

In this state, everything is clear. And it is waiting for you to discover it!

Being able to stay in this mirror state is like facing the world, every day a little bit as something new.
You can compare it as something like we know from the images in fairy tales: Grandpa Sun is happy today, the flowers smile at me, and a bee flies by as it has something to tell me.

Training your mind to be in this mirror state will let you experience your life in a very balanced and flowing state. In this state it is very easy to find answers to all your questions, to heal from dis-comforts or disease.  
Everyone knows how bad stress is for our health. But often we don’t know is how to fortify ourselves against it. Even the slightest trigger can influence your life and make your vulnerable to mental and emotional disbalance and even physical illness.

In this workshop Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun provide very effective ways to live more deeply from a mirror state, a relaxed state. This to strengthening energetic boundaries to gain higher consciousness, connected with your true self and to access your life purpose more easily.

-Connecting with your ‘True Heart”

Feel the connection with your True heart through Qi-field practices.
When a person feels connected with his/her ‘true heart’, he lives and acts from love and compassion, and there is no misalignment.
But why don’t we often see people living this way? What is the problem that modern people tend to have?
We often seek a thing or a person, always focusing on the outer world, always have a lot of ambitious plans. Always busy in our mind with things that we think still ‘needs to be done”, always thinking, thinking, and thinking
In this state we lose the feeling of connection with ourselves and of the present moment. This state is called in qigong: “separation of body and mind”.
In this workshop we learn and practice to (re)connect with our True Heart again. To live our life from love and compassion.
We learn what a Qi-field is and how to use this knowledge in our daily life. To make our Qi (inner life force) flow very well, abundant, without obstruction. How to use it to transform blockages and to create a happy, healthy flow within you and in your environment.

Zhineng Qigong practices are a very effective way to improve your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being to harmonise your relationship and even to make the whole world a more harmonious place to be. 

We have a lot of interesting and fun material to cover in our workshops.
Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun both have more than 30 years each of experience of teaching Zhineng Qigong, thought all over the world and have witnessed many healing stories from their students and clients. 

In these workshops you particular will learn to use your internal force, your inner Qi to work together with your mind and body.

This internal force we call qi, we always say, qi flows where our attention goes. Which means we also learn to be aware of how we feel, how we think and to balance them, optimise all our body systems and live by a positive attitude.  When we look into the character of qi in Chinese is gas, air, Qi and the left bottom means food, in fact it means rise. The rest means water, wind and air. 

It shows that through food, water and air are the essential sources of energy to create lots of movement and transformation. Balanced and flowing Qi brings health and a harmonious state. 

How can we notice if our Qi is sufficient? Aren’t all of us have good and bad days? As that is what life is, right? In these so-called lower days our inner force, our personal Qi is not flowing or not sufficient. What creates stagnation also in our Qi-Field.
With the knowledge of the Science of Zhineng Qigong and it’s easy to practise exercises every day can be a good day. A happy day, a very flowing and joyful day also during more challenged days.
