This we see back in our life; poor sleep, easily waking up, sensitive to noise, fear of noise, darkness and so on. Situations caused by the instability of our mind.
When this instability is really serious, the mind and body separate.
In Chinese we say, “heart and mouth speaking different languages.” Inner and Outer are not the same anymore; how we act and how we feel are not the same.
In this workshop Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun provide very effective ways to help people quickly transform the negative effects of imbalances in mind and body on life activities.
To strenghtening energetic boundaries to gain higher consiousness, connected with your true self and to acces your life purpose more easily.
They will share how you can unify your mind and body again, to align and restore balance to your entire being through very easy and joyful Zhineng Qigong practices.
