Most people think of neurological disorders as simply being associated with named diseases, such as

In fact, this is a purely Western medical viewpoint. In traditional Chinese medicine and the science of qigong, there are different views, especially the Zhineng qigong hunyuan medicine, which emphasizes that consciousness is the commander of life activities and has a new holistic viewpoint: it believes that all diseases are related to the nervous system and that the network of the nervous system throughout the body is directly related to our consciousness activities, which to a large extent becomes an important criterion affecting the health of the body. The nervous system network throughout the body is directly linked to our conscious activity and is a major criterion for the health of the body. It is the orderly functioning of the nervous system that supports our consciousness in sending out good healing information to all parts of our body in a more direct and effective manner.

Thus, if one understands how the nervous system works and how it influences the consciousness to give out healing instructions through the nervous system, it will help to play a more active and effective role in the treatment of diseases through Zhineng qigong.
