A retreat with two world-renowned Chinese Zhineng Qigong masters Xi and Sun, and two internally-known experienced coaches and teachers from the West, Luise and Carin
If you like to discover and to immerse yourself more deeply into the powerful methods of Zhineng Qigong with the highly effective sounds, movements and mudras of the Five Hunyuan form ( level 3) and other Zhineng Qigong methods, come on a journey with us! Besides, there will be some specially tailored amazing activities to explore your wise, intuitive potential.

One whole week with Teachers Xi, Sun, Luise and Carin.
A week to relax, to recharge, to heal, to balance, to transform and to go beyond your limitations and manifest your deepest desires. And above all to get spoiled with numerous activities, enjoying amazing meals in a relaxing atmosphere at Buchenau Castle and its beautiful natural surroundings.
The program; a combination of Zhineng Qigong practices from the 5 HunYuan Form, healing, meditations, intuitive painting/ writing, experiences in nature and counseling circles will support you to make this week a unique and highly valuable experience.

Daily schedule:
- 7- 8 a.m. Early morning Zhineng Qigong morning practice with teacher Sun and/or Xi
- 8- 9:30 a.m. Breakfast
- 9:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Five Hunyuan Form with teachers Xi and Sun
- 1:00-3:00 p.m. Lunch break
- 3:00-3:30 p.m. Optional coffee/ tea

Intensive Healing 5&6 September
Two days of Intensive Healing with Xi Xiaofeng, Sun Yu, Carin Huibers and Luise Kohl-Hajek
includes:
- Individual and small group guidance and Qi healing.
- Heart- centered sharing and listening.
- Identifying personal blockages and self-defying belief patterns.
- Accepting, forgiving and releasing
- How to move on- mobilizing the Qi, mobilizing the heart, naturally finding a new start
- Optional: Get further support after the Intensive Healing Days
No matter if you have a physical issue, emotional or maybe you are stucked in a repeating situation, let these 2 days support you to discover the root -cause of your challenges and transform the blockages from the deepest level, to experience a more flowing, loving and happy state.
During these two days all four teachers will accompany your process with helping you to relax deeply in a strong and safe Qifield.
We will help you to discover some deeply-rooted unconscious beliefs and self- sabotaging patterns and dismantle them. In a state of relaxation and trust you can create new self-empowering beliefs that will transform your way of approaching and living your life.
You will receive powerful, individual Qi healing sessions that will transform your energy on all levels and give strong healing impulses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because the summer retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.
- HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Hold deposits (minus $100 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
- Full balance due 8 weeks before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.
- Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
- Within 14 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.
- Any refunds allowed will incur a 10% processing fee.
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip.
The organization cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
