Dragon Tiger Feast Fasting taught by Dr. Pang Ming is a practical method to jump out of the first modes of life (neural and humoral regulation of life activities) and to open the second modes of life (Yi Yuan Ti) for modern people.

  • through the methods of concentrating, swallowing and eating Qi,
  • free oneself from dependence on substances,
  • use the three-layered substance of the universe (the Hun Yuan Qi),
  • purify, cleanse and strengthen the life and consciousness activities of human beings.

The free, conscious and perfect human life and consciousness activities are realised.

The dragon and tiger are metaphorical for Shen (Mind) and Qi, liquids and fluids, spirit and essence, cohesion and convergence. Dragon Tiger Feast goal is not fasting, but eating “the mother of food” : sunlight, air and water. The Dragon Tiger Fasting is characterised by no hunger and no fatigue. This practice :

  • Opens the second modes of life to improve the function of qi transformation, purify the consciousness, increase spiritual awareness and knowledge, dispel disease and health and open the mind.
  • comprehensively cleanses, rests and repairs
    • the gastrointestinal and digestive systems,
    • the vascular system,
    • the intracellular environment by nourishing and activating cell function.

Schedule:

Arrival on 8th by the end of the afternoon. Welcoming drink at 6:30, light diner at 7pm.

9th & 10th: preparation

  • 7:30 – 8:30: silent practice
  • 8:30 – 9:30: breakfast
  • 10:00 – 12:30: teaching and practice
  • 12:30-16:00: lunch and rest
  • 16:00-18:30: teaching and practice
  • 19:00: diner

11th-12th-13th: silence and fasting period

  • 7:30 – 8:30: silent practice
  • 8:30: organic herbal tea (will be at disposal all day long)
  • 10:00 – 12:30: teaching and practice
  • 12:30 – 16:00: rest
  • 16:00 – 18:30: teaching and practice

14th-15th: slowly back to normal life

  • 14th: same schedule, keep silence, light breakfast, lunch & diner
  • 15th: same schedule, sharing experience and questions, eating normal food. >> Happy evening together
  • Departure on 16th after breakfast

Remember that: to see effective changes in your health, to improve your life quality, you have to practice every day.
With less practice changes will happen of course as well, but the changes will be more slowly. It’s just up to you. Just do it!
