Feedback “Haole Trip” to Inner Mongolia – Grasslands from 19 June to 9 July 2024
1.
A multifaceted, superbly organized Haolà trip retreat to the vastness of Inner Mongolia!
What Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun have planned and organized for the three weeks of the trip is unparalleled.
The trip and the practice touched my heart very much. In the course of the journey, the practice of “heart to heart – mind to mind” has manifested itself more and more. IIt led us into the vastness of the inner Mongolian grasslands, into the gently meandering river landscape of the Moergele River, the green meadows of the Erguna wetland and to the shores of Lake Nuogan, which lies in the middle of green hills and close to the largest pine stand in Asia. A landscape that calms the mind and leaves plenty of room for deep practice.
For me, the trip had three dimensions:
- The hotels we stayed in were surrounded by beautiful scenery, were very comfortable and provided us with delicious food. I didn’t have to worry about anything, because everything was well organized. In addition, I felt wonderfully safe and protected.
- I was able to get to know a part of China that is still very natural and where I felt very welcome as a guest. The encounters with the people were very nice, although we usually did not know the same language. I had the feeling that we met each other with a lot of curiosity.
- And most importantly, there were five hours of Zhineng Qigong practice and theory every day. The exchange and practice with the teachers was intensive and helped me progress on both a physical and mental level. The duration of three weeks offered the opportunity to experience the transformative power of Zhineng Qigong intensively, to free oneself from limiting thoughts and thus to expand one’s own boundaries a bit.
All in all, it was a trip I will never forget. I thank Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun from the bottom of my heart.
HYLT

Dear Teacher Xi and Sun
I will be happy to send you the feedback.
We were warmly welcomed at the airport in Hailar by Laoshi Xi and Laoshi Sun and taken to a nice hotel. A group of women from various European countries and a woman from Malaysia met. After a pleiniful breakfast, we went by private car to a historical museum on the first morning to get our first impressions of the culture of the Hulunbuir area. Later we were surprised with delicious Mongolian food and traditional live musical performances, we quickly immersed ourselves in the life of the unique grassland. In the evening, we started with the first Qigong exercises. We continued by car to the Mörgele River, impressed by the vastness and beauty of nature, we practiced on a grassy meadow. Horses, sheep and hilly landscapes and meandering rivers in the Erguna area surrounded us.
We practiced three times a day and flowed into the deeper layers of the Hunyuan energies, into which we were guided by the distinctive abilities of the two teachers. Each participant immersed themselves in their personal process, supported by the individual, warm attention of the teachers. Theoretically and practically we were enriched with a lot of information. Teacher Xi and Sun were there for us at all times.
We also opened our hearts by singing and connected them to the vastness of the grassland, the sky and the universe.
After a few days I notice how my body is opening up more and more and becoming permeable. The centers and organs are noticeable and the connection to the whole becomes noticeable and still cannot be put into words. Movements were corrected by the teachers in order to practice them more precisely and so that the body moves more easily.
I returned home enriched with lived appreciation of Laoshi Xi and Laoshi Sun, with clear thoughts, physically and mentally strengthened.
Daily practice also motivates me at home to feel further depths of perception and movements and to experience them in their entirety. It’s about balance, it’s about positive information and it’s about overcoming blockages, it’s about being happy and integrating it all, whatever, I’m on the way.
I am very grateful to everyone for the deep experiences we shared, for the joy of life and the wonderful nature in which we found ourselves. Special thanks to Teacher Xi and Teacher Sun for their flexibility and everything I appreciated so much, I look forward to seeing you again.
Hunyuan ling tong and big hug

From 19. June to 9. July 2024 I was happy to make a Zhineng Qigong trip with 8 other members to Inner Mongolia.
We were lodged in beautiful Hotels and for everything was fully taken care. We learnt a lot about Mongolian food and most preferred to me, the Mongolian tea. As a great introduction we visited on the first day in Hailar the Anthropological Museum.
It was obviously, that teacher Xi and teacher Sun hat prepared everything in a most sincere and professional way.
Every day we would practice Zhineng Qigong under the loving guidance of our teachers.
The beauty of the nature, the clean air, the silence and also the silence of the media-field, the loving care of our teachers, created a very special surrounding where deep relaxation and inner rest and healing was possible.
During this almost three weeks slowly i felt how all of us got stronger, also through increasing some exercises under the experienced guidance of teacher Xi and teacher Sun.
When I came back and drive the car, I realized that my eyes have improved greatly. Also my spine and the region of mingmen felt more strong. My whole being was nurtured on all levels in a subtle and entirety way.
It was like an infusion of pure Zhineng Qigong that helps me again in my daily life and challenges.
During the whole trip I felt deeply protected in every way and such could relax as I never can on my own trips. Thank you again teacher Xi and teacher Sun.

Good morning Xi Laoshi,
This is my second course with both of you, Sun Laoshi and yourself. These 21 days allow us to interact more closely with each other. Two teachers to take care of us. In my opinion, a very big bonus for me. Both of you were very caring and have impeccable manners taking care of these “seniors”. Sincerely I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation to both.
Firstly, food is really good and plentiful. In fact, too much food has been ordered. Luckily on the last 3 days, we skipped dinner to fulfill the “3 days fasting” offered in your retreat.
Secondly, the venues “hotels” are well chosen, it is nice and comfortable for me. (Ha ha, I am lucky that I have a room to myself, no doubt I pay for it. A very good decision, I made).
The daily 5-6 hours of practice really did a lots of wonder to my body. My right nostril has been troubling me for the past one year but since I am back, the blockage (snot) is cleared. My friends have remarked that I am looking “fresh”. Personally I felt rejuvenated deep inside. My mood has greatly improved. I am looking forward to future holidays with this concept. “Holidays on Qigong Wings”.
Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Till we meet again, take care.

Recently, I attended the course organized by Master Xi in Inner Mongolia. I am a practitioner of Zhineng Qigong, and I can say that Master Xi is a high-level teacher who provided us with an extraordinary retreat. This was not only due to the natural spaces he carefully chose from among all the beautiful spots in the region, but also because of his dedication and commitment to each participant, attending to our needs even before we asked. He took care of us and all the details. We did not experience any mishaps or obstacles, and the entire retreat flowed with total ease and perfection. The practices were intense and profound, leading us to highly beneficial states of silence.
I wholeheartedly recommend this great master for his kindness, humility, and seriousness in practice. Master Sun was also a great teacher at this retreat, and together they formed a very balanced team. I hope more and more people discover the beautiful landscapes of Inner Mongolia, experience its peace, its energy, its cuisine, and its people—a wonderful journey.

Dear Teacher Xi,
I would like to thank you again very much for the wonderful 3 week trip and transformation retreat in Inner Mongolia.
The Moergele River, the Erguna Wetland and the Nuogan Lake area with their beautiful, lush grasslands impressed me greatly and still resonate with me!
These fascinating landscapes, the endless expanse and silence were a wonderful stage for practicing Zhineng Qigong. While practicing, I often felt completely in harmony with nature – both inside and outside!
My heart opened with joy and gratitude and I felt a deep inner peace. Thank you for diving so deeply into Level 2, Body and Mind. The strong Qi field, the correction of posture, and the sensitive, motivating instructions to stay in the appropriate posture for longer meant that deep blockages in my body could be released.
For example, during section 7, I felt my sacroiliac joint opening and my body becoming more supple. It was such a powerful experience that motivates me to continue practicing deeply.
The whole trip was so perfectly organized! Thanks to the warm support from you, dear Teacher Xi, and of course from Teacher Sun, I felt comfortable and secure from the first to the last minute. I enjoyed the very nice hotels, the delicious, wholesome food and the hospitality of the people.
The Mongolian songs that we experienced in the traditional restaurants and hotels touched my heart. I will always remember the song of Hulunbeir.
I look back on this journey full of joy and gratitude, which really triggered a deep transformation in me.
I’m already looking forward to our next trip together!
Haola, HYLT
Warm greetings and big hugs
