SYLLABUS

First level of zhìnéng qìgōng: Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down method.

Modern science reminds us that, for any organism, whether it is a tiny cell or a complex human body, the maintenance of life activities depends on maintaining a balance of various physiological and biochemical parameters within its internal environment. This balance is achieved through the exchange of matter, energy, and information between the organism and its environment.

The science of qìgōng works with qi, which translates as the smallest particle that makes up everything in the universe.

Qìgōng explains that metabolism involves the emission of internal qi, the absorption of external qi, and the fusion and transformation of both types of qi. These processes occur primarily in biological membranes, such as cell membranes, mucous membranes, and skin in humans.

Changes in the qi mechanism in these membranes can influence the strength and normality of life activities. When these changes exceed certain limits, they can lead to pathological states. However, organisms can use their own regulatory functions to restore balance. If this ability is lost, it can result in death.

The science of qìgōng has shown that human consciousness can play an important role in this process. Specific methods of qìgōng are designed to improve internal qi emission, external qi absorption, and mixing of both, thereby increasing vitality. This practice transforms the spontaneous processes of life into conscious processes, allowing people to take an active role in their well-being.

The first level of zhìnéng qìgōng: the method of lifting and pouring qi over the head, cultivates the external hùn yuán qì. This process is called: external stage of hùn yuán.

The external stage of hùn yuán qì involves the merging and transformation of human consciousness with nature’s original qi, making it easier for the body to better absorb and utilize this external qi.  Since this interaction occurs mainly outside the body, it is called “external hùn yuán”.

The benefits of practicing qìgōng in the external stage of hùn yuán are:

  1. It improves the connection between the human body and nature.
  2. Absorbs the external hùn yuán qì to replenish vitality.
  3. It facilitates the transition from a normal state to a supernormal state; For example, we can begin to perceive the presence of the external qi and experience a deeper connection with the world around us.

The objectives of this workshop are:

  1. To gain a deeper understanding of the external stage of hùn yuán.
  2. To experience the connection between consciousness and emptiness, as well as the hùn yuán qì that surrounds us.
  3. to strengthen physical health and improve qi detection skills.
  4. To promote qi circulation in the membranes and accelerate healing.

The retreat will be in English with Spanish translation by instructor Citlalli.

INTRODUCTION

There are several reasons why we do not live in harmony, we do not find our true selves, and our body becomes a captive and slave of the mind.

One reason is mental and physical discrepancy, which leads to various diseases.

Another is attachment to oneself, which is the root of illusion, problems, and physical and emotional pain.

A third reason is anxiety and mental stress that, in the long term, change the body’s immunity producing a large number of physical and mental diseases.

The theory of zhìnéng qìgōng holds that the beauty, harmony, goodness, and truth of people are the expression of different aspects of our true selves.

Beauty is the harmonious expression of our whole being and makes people produce a vibrant sense of pleasure.

Harmony is full of health information and stimulates people’s vitality.

Kindness reflects the positive impact of our true selves. This quality embodies motivation and actions that align with a balanced and harmonious nature, so kindness can give people upward power and make people feel friendly.

Truth is the essential expression of the self; it helps us to break the shackle of the paranoid frame of reference and to liberate ourselves completely.

The essence of man lies in how his conscious activity governs his vital activity.

The core of the activity of consciousness is the “true self or true self.”

The “true self” is the basis of qìgōng practice and is the core of life activities formed by morality and conscience.

We must always examine our true selves from within:

What is the self?

Where is the self?

Only by combining our life activities to understand and observe, can we truly find the “true self”, can we effectively use the “true self”, as a result we can govern our life activities.

In this course will be our three teachers who have more than 30 years of experience in the practice of zhìnéng qìgōng.

Teachers will help us see through the body and mind to promote cooperation between them and improve our lives.

Through practice, we will be able to unite body and mind in harmony; cultivate positive and healthy cognitive energy; awakening the healing abilities of our true selves and alleviating potentially harmful disorders.

Master Xi Xiaofeng

Master Xi Xiaofeng was born in 1971 in Inner Mongolia, in northern China. Despite having a poor childhood, the endless prairies have given him the richest spiritual food you can imagine. His heart and love for all life is huge. Since childhood he has had a dream, a deep desire for all the world’s problems to fade away in these endless meadows so that people can truly live in harmony with nature. The extensive prairies always carried his desire and effort for greater harmony and allowed him to reflect on the true meaning of life. He knew from a very young age that, in order to achieve freedom and happiness in one’s own life, one must learn to love from the depths of one’s heart.

Xi Xiaofeng believes that more and more people will realize this common dream that we have as one, as humanity.

In 1991 he came across a scientific theory of qìgōng: zhìnéng qìgōng. In 1993 he was able to join the 2-year teacher training class at the Huáxià zhìnéng qìgōng training center in China and was fortunate enough to become a student of Professor Páng Ming. Here he found the meaning of his life and decided to dedicate it to the practice of endless love, unconditional love.

Xi has supported many people in developing enhanced intelligence and paranormal abilities. Before 2011 he taught various classes in China, then from 2011 his path took him all over the world sharing zhìnéng qìgōng, leading people in their practice and experiencing a healthier, more harmonious and happy life. He has taught zhìnéng qìgōng in more than 50 countries in Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and North and South America, as well as online. More than 50,000 people have benefited from Xi’s teachings, either directly or through those he has taught.

Master Xi makes complex theory accessible. His lively teaching is serious but full of humor, using his heart to help students feel happy and appreciate life.

In late 2019 he created the international community Qi Benzhi, through which like-minded people can work together to help improve their own lives, as well as others in need.
